Sound Bath with In Harmony
Our Sound Baths are a great way to rest and recharge for the week ahead. During the 90 minute experience the sound of instruments from all over the world will wash over you giving you a cellular massage and a complete nervous system reset. At In Harmony we use only the very best Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native Flutes, Handpan, Cello, Drum and world instruments.
