Sound Bath with In Harmony

Our 90 minute Sound Baths are a great way to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation. No experience necessary, simply lie down and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and frequencies of the Sound Healing Instruments.


At In Harmony we use Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Native Flutes, Tibetan Bowls, Voice, Drums, Handpan, Cello, Tuning Forks, and many other instruments from around the world to create a Symphony of Sound for your healing journey.
